Quality

Quality you can build into your supply chain

An in-house quality and testing lab, process monitoring and lot traceability, so you can rely on every lot.

The quality journey

How quality is controlled

Five connected controls, applied to every lot.

  1. 01

    Hardness testing

Advanced hardness testing equipment in our own lab, used to verify parts against the specified hardness.

  2. 02

    Quality specification control

Customer specifications are captured and controlled, so every lot is processed to the agreed requirement.

  3. 03

    Process verification

Process parameters are monitored and verified during production.

  4. 04

    Lot tracking

Incoming and outgoing lot records give traceability from inward to dispatch.

  5. 05

    Inspection & documentation

Inspection results are documented and available for customer reporting.

Quality & testing lab

Testing in-house, not outsourced

Our lab is equipped with state-of-the-art equipment, including advanced hardness testing equipment.

Depending on the component and the customer specification, typical checks can include:

  • Hardness testing
  • Case depth verification
  • Microstructure / metallography examination
  • Dimensional and visual inspection

Traceability

Controlled from inward to outward

Structured operational data helps us maintain visibility across material movement, production and dispatch.

Lot records connect what came in, what was processed and what went out. That makes counts, reconciliations and customer queries straightforward.

  1. Incoming lots & material

Every inward lot is recorded with quantity and reference documents.

  2. Production movement

Material is tracked as it moves through each process stage.

  3. Outgoing lots

Processed lots are recorded against the inward records they came from.

  4. Dispatch

Dispatch is documented, so quantities can be reconciled at any time.
