Heat Treatment

Heat treatment services

Reliable thermal processing for demanding industrial components.

What we do

Controlled thermal processing for production parts

Heat treatment decides how a component performs in service. We treat it as a controlled process, not a batch job.

Each component is reviewed against the customer’s specification before processing. Furnace loading, process parameters and post-process checks are planned for the part, then recorded lot by lot.

Processes

Our heat treatment processes

Mesh belt hardening & tempering

Continuous mesh belt furnace lines give uniform, repeatable treatment for production volumes of small and medium components.

  • Continuous, consistent processing
  • Suited to repeat production lots
  • Hardening followed by tempering

Normalizing

A dedicated normalizing furnace for refining grain structure and relieving stresses in forged or formed components before machining.

  • Dedicated furnace
  • Prepares parts for machining
  • Lot-wise records

Process flow

From receipt to dispatch

Every lot follows the same controlled sequence.

Quality checks

Treated parts are checked in our in-house lab. Typical checks include hardness testing and, where the specification requires, case depth and microstructure evaluation.
