Quality

Quality is built into the process

Quality is not a final check. It is planned into every stage, from the moment material arrives to the moment it leaves.

See how we control quality
Our Quality Approach
  1. 01

    Incoming Material

Lots are received, identified and recorded against the customer’s documents.

  2. 02

    Process Control

Process parameters are set to the agreed specification and monitored during production.

  3. 03

    Inspection

Parts are checked in the quality lab, including hardness testing, before release.

  4. 04

    Documentation

Results and lot records are maintained for traceability and customer reporting.

  5. 05

    Dispatch

Released lots are counted, documented and dispatched against the outgoing records.

Traceability

Controlled from inward to outward

Structured operational data helps us maintain visibility across material movement, production and dispatch.

Lot records connect what came in, what was processed and what went out. That makes counts, reconciliations and customer queries straightforward.

  1. Incoming lots & material

Every inward lot is recorded with quantity and reference documents.

  2. Production movement

Material is tracked as it moves through each process stage.

  3. Outgoing lots

Processed lots are recorded against the inward records they came from.

  4. Dispatch

Dispatch is documented, so quantities can be reconciled at any time.

Straight answers to the questions that matter when you qualify a new supplier.

Can you handle our volume?

Our plant is set up for production work: continuous mesh belt furnaces, a normalizing furnace, a CNC machining setup, shot blasting and heavy-duty presses. Share your monthly requirement and we will confirm what we can commit to.

Can you maintain consistency?

Defined process parameters, in-process monitoring, hardness testing in our own lab and lot-wise records keep results consistent from one lot to the next.

Can you support OEM requirements?

We already work with established OEM customers and understand specifications, sample approvals, inspection reports and delivery schedules.

Can we start with a trial lot?

Yes. A trial or pilot lot is the usual first step, so you can evaluate quality before regular production.
